« Excellent rapport qualité-prix. »

« This was my first time staying at an Element hotel and if they are all like this one, it won’t be the last. I was extremely impressed with this hotel! My room felt like a one bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, the hotel is modern, which I love, the gym is very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. »

« I really enjoyed this hotel. It was centrally located and allowed me ten minute walks to two specific places I was wanting to see. It was also close to the 6 mile trolly line which made it easy to access. The hotel was laid out nicely so it was always easy to find my room. It was very clean. I wish the restaurant menu and costs were available on their website or in the rooms. I would highly recommend AC Marriott downtown Kansas City, Missouri. »

« Great location and very nice facility »

« The breakfast staff were especially sweet and relatable. »

« Rooms were sub par. Trash on the floor in the bathroom with Band-Aids laying around. Burn marks on the countertop in the bathroom and the smell of smoke in the hallways making it into the room. Was not a pleasant stay and would not recommend it to anyone no matter what the cost is. »

« I accidentally left a piece of jewelry and the staff hasn't found it. Hoping when I call in the morning, it has been turned in. »

« Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat. »
