« First of all. On arrival mid afternoon the reception was locked. No clear sign of what to do. I phoned the number on the door and it didn’t work. Then phoned the number that said ‘emergency/after hours’. The gentleman who answered was helpful and efficient. But if left unattended, there should be clear instructions. Very basic accommodation.
