« They canceled on my 4 hours before my arrival in Panama..I was stuck paying for another hotel last minute. I have yet to receive my refund. The manager / owner of the property was very unprofessional and cruel to do that to a solo female Traveller in a country by herself for the first time..they didnt even offer to help to get another place to stay.
