« We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house....

« Great spot on the river. Hanging on the dock is as relaxing as it looks. Convenient location for any needs. Short drive to Wimberly/Gruene/New Braunfels. The host is nice and easy to reach. »

« Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again. »

« My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Rosemary home. It has very nice rooms with their own bath. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a headboard about 3 feet high so the pillows did not fall off the back. The master shower is easy to use because it is level with the floor. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Everything was very clean . The backyard is equipped with chairs and games. I would definitely stay again. »

« Tastefully decorated, comfortable, well appointed. We enjoyed the arrangement of the bedrooms/bathrooms as we each (2 ladies) had our own area for sleeping and bathing. I will make one suggestion: both shower curtain liners need replacing. Otherwise everything was perfect! »

« The home was in a good area for what we needed. The thermostat was difficult to use it seemed like the touch screen wasn't working, thankfully the owner was able to turn down the temp from their phone but we had difficulty doing it on our own before reaching out and the next morning. »

« We absolutely loved this house! We had a large group of family and friends here to enjoy Fiesta and meet up with old friends from the area. The house was a perfect location to enjoy all....a quick uber ride to downtown and river walk. And when we were not out and about, there was so much to enjoy at the house!
