« We have stayed at this hotel several other times and unfortunately this time it is clear that they have not kept up with the property management. The towels were old and partially torn. The shower head needs to be changed. The person in the lobby that checked us in needs a refresher on hospitality. I have already made the reservation for the same hotel next week (because of our travel plans), so we will see if there will be any adjustments. This is a busy hotel but they need some upkeeping. »
