« If you are looking for posh, this isn’t it. If you want an exceptionally clean, reasonably priced cottage, this IS the place. Fantastic, quiet neighborhood Felt very safe.Owner is exceedingly gracious and available if you have needs. »

« This place was perfect for us and our two dogs. It is very cute and quaint and has everything you need. The heat and hot water worked great. Truly no complaints. And the staff/management was amazing. They plowed the entire property after a heavy snow fall. They are so responsive and friendly and even were able to make accommodations for us to extend our stay. I plan to stay here again in the future. »

« Everything was good! Could use a better mattress on the pull out bed my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. Same with the bedroom mattress very springing. Other then that great »

« The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience »

« Booked in a day prior when my original resy fell through. Good clear prompt communication with the host and all instructions timely and clear. This is a 2BR one floor apartment-like unit on the SE corner of a larger building with a nice view of the Truckee River valley. No road noise. Sunny south facing window. Interior very clean. Good internet signal. Comes with dedicated covered parking for 1 vehicle. Easy ride to I-80. »

« Our stay in the house of the sun was incredible, we loved the area , plenty of restaurants nearby, the apartment is in a nice safe neighborhood and it’s 30 minutes to Mount Rose for skiing, the building itself is so cool. I love the views. The beds were lovely and comfortable, the house has everything you need for a stay, it’s a perfect location for a party of three or four, our nephew came in from out of town and we decided to bring him skiing ,it fit our needs absolutely perfectly, the host...

« Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great. »
