« This was our second time traveling to the area and staying at this house. Great place to stay. House was clean, lots of room for multiple guests. Nice pool and hot tub in the yard. There’s also a nice covered outdoor patio with a TV for hanging out, outside. Owner is very responsive and good to deal with. I will definitely stay again when in the area. »

« Condo is very spacious and the view of the lake is magnificent. Condo is centrally located. There is a small smart tv in the living room but no tv in the bedrooms. »

« Perfect location in historic Middletown. Our daughter stayed over night to be our driver to graduations. She recommends a circulating fan for the basement bedroom! Apparently, we, at the age of 83, kept the house a little too warm! »

« Our family of 10 had a great time on the lake. The house is comfortable to host a large group. Multiple King beds is a big plus. The lake views are stunning. Parking can be a bit tricky if you have multiple cars but after a few times pulling in and out we figured it out. We are looking forward to visiting again, hopefully in warmer months to take full advantage of the lake activities. Hima was amazing at answering all of our questions throughout our stay. « Our stay was very relaxing. The house was decorated beautifully, very comfortable, and close to everything we wanted visit. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to take your own trash, especially when you pay a cleaning fee, and the beds were uncomfortable. We appreciate the host letting us stay. « Cute for 2 people, but if you have trouble with steps look for a different location. Bed in main bedroom was VERY tall off the ground and hard to get into for a 5 foot tall woman. Clean property, but although sleeps 6 is stated in rental, it was comfortable for myself and my friend on our girls weekend. Give local restaurant Black Bear Tavern a 5 star rating also. EXCELLENT service, selection, food was amazing and entertainment was spot on for what we were looking for. Location nearby...

« What a wonderful, relaxing, tranquil retreat. David and Pearle were such gracious hosts, providing so many amenities for our comfort/enjoyment. Morning coffee on the dock and evenings in the hot tub with beautiful lake views were a great way to start and end each day. We enjoyed roasted marshmallows and s'mores by the campfire. The information binder on the counter was so helpful, especially for giving us ideas of places to visit in the area, such as Swallow Falls State Park, Deep Creek State...
