« From Check In to Check Out this is the best winter break vacay! This is the second year in a row we stayed at the Resort for our Mother Daughter weekend. Room- We stayed on the first floor near the Spa. Perfect location for us. Our mother has walking issues, it was to be so close to everything. The room was very clean. 3 adults fit comfortably in the room. Spa- We have used the Spa for 2 years and had Pedis, Manis, and facials. The staff is very pleasant and great at what they do. Well...

« Everything was fine. Staff were excellent, location was excellent and the room was high quality. I may have previously said something about the lights in the room. If I did, the lights were perfectly fine. The problem was me. I didn't realize that they could be adjusted. « the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. »
