« The Paddler's Retreat is REALLY out of the way. We enjoyed our stay however, people need to understand that all services are limited. Due to Covid there is only a very limited breakfast, mostly cold. If you want tea, you will need to use the microwave. The range is not available. « We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, staying in the Peacock Room. The house is gorgeous with beautiful things to look at and sumptuous nooks to pause in. We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day.
