« My husband and I travelled to Hillbrook Inn over the weekend to celebrate his birthday. We stayed in Summit Room in the farmhouse. It was clean, private and a beautiful space with extra sitting room area. We took advantage of the charcuterie board on our arrival and it was a nice treat before heading to dinner. « The Paddler's Retreat is REALLY out of the way. We enjoyed our stay however, people need to understand that all services are limited. Due to Covid there is only a very limited breakfast, mostly cold. If you want tea, you will need to use the microwave. The range is not available. Furthermore, the options are more limited for dinner. There is only a gas station / limited eatery that stop serving at 6:30pm. The little town, Confluence is about 5 miles away. After that you are out of luck. There...

« The bed and breakfast was divine. We stayed in the castle suite, and it was beautifully decorated with knightly armor and a comfy king bed. There was fresh fruit waiting for us in the morning before a delicious breakfast. There is a cute common area and library for those whom like to socialize or like the quiet. »

« We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, staying in the Peacock Room. The house is gorgeous with beautiful things to look at and sumptuous nooks to pause in. We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day. Just a few minutes away, we ate dinner at Train to Mumbai - such good food we ordered dishes to take away and enjoy further along our travel. I sincerely hope...
