« This was such a great property. The views of the river were amazing, and we even saw a few young foxes playing nearby. There was a little miscommunication right at the beginning of the stay, but Joe was really flexible and sorted everything out right away. Would happily stay here again. »

« Everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful. There were other people staying at the homes on site, but none of it was a distraction. Close enough to town to do excursions. The only thing I would add is maybe a screen door so that you could allow some extra fresh air in and light. Hosts were wonderful and easy to contact when we needed something. Recommend for a cozy gate away. »

« The location was perfect for enjoying a festival along Carroll Creek in Frederick. The rooms are clean and common area encourages conversation. The beds are comfortable and warm. »

« This quaint one bedroom was perfect for our stay in Frederick. It was in quiet section but a quick walk to the historic downtown with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and beautifully organized. Can’t wait to come back! »

« Third stay at this beautiful home. Visited with family in the area over Christmas. The property is so comfortable it is like coming home…but better. First class from the linens to coffee supplies. »

« The Yellow house was very nice the rooms we neat and clean they were supplied with a good variety of kitchen ware. Just needed some large bowls for salads or mixing up pancakes. The bathroom was large and the washer and dryer was great. The only issue was parking but we found a spot a block up from it and the neighbors were helpful getting our vehicle out of the snow.Thanks again for the home away from home. »

« I booked this property for my Tanzanian business partner and his wife who were visiting the US for the first time. I wanted to provide them a small town/city feel with all the comforts of the season and access to all things downtown Frederick. The place was perfect. The location was exactly what we needed because they wanted to be able to venture into Frederick’s downtown area without a car. It was exactly what we were looking for.They said over and over, “I can’t believe how peaceful it is...
