« Great spot. Close to everything. Nothing we wanted to go to was more than a 15 minute drive away. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to be able to keep the car in the garage and out of the heat. Had a great time. »

It's a little set back from the strip but it's easy to walk through the Cosmopolitan and the connected skybridge to get to the lobby.We will definitely try to stay again! »

« Very clean and comfortable room. I only had one issue and it might not be a concern for others. The pipes and sinks gurgled and made lots of noise. They never backed up but I was concerned at times they would. Very convenient to the lobby and Uber. But a lengthy walk down to get to the strip. »

« I spent wonderful stay at MGM Signature in this apartment (Business Trip). All advantages from Hotel (Front Desk, Concierge,...) with this amazing feeling of being at home (kitchen, balcony,...). Luxurious decoration, very clean and confortable bed. I strongly recommend this beautiful apartment. »

« I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. That may be my last. Owner Rafael, great communication, great man. I suggest that he visits, pulls the couch, looks...

« Never have we checked into a rental that was so clean. Also the kitchen was the best we’ve used, sharp knives plenty of cookware and supporting ingredients to make it easy to prep a meal. We appreciated that it’s not too close to the casino scene, but easy access if you want it. Edith is super responsive. »

« This is a great place, Top floor of tower 3. We also got to cook a few meals there. So that helped the pocket book. Also Valet was very nice. Being in a gated community was also great. »
