« Staff was great. Definitely an older hotel but you couldn’t beat the price. Was out for work so basically just showered and slept. Room was clean and the towels replaced and bed was made the 2 days I stayed. Was gone before coffee and breakfast so I don’t know he opened that by 8am. Plenty of restaurants right around the area. Good location. »

« I was visiting in Galesburg and had to book a room on short notice. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite at check in. i chose to walk up the carpeted steps which I noticed were dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. After going to my room, I found that the tub had hairs and was not clean. I immediately went back down to the desk and asked for another room. She had no problem doing so and asked if I had taken a picture so she could say something to the staff. I did so and she...

« We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. »
