When I checked in there was a line of impatient customers and the staff remained calm, professional and friendly. »

« I have no clue how this place has an 8.8 rating. Definitely won’t stay here again. On arrival our beds were dirty. We had dried boogers and food crumbs in the bed. Looked like house-keeping just made the bed after another person and didn’t bother to put clean sheets. The entire hotel is noisy. People were in and out slamming the outside doors. The people next to us were up all night being loud. The upstairs person stomped around all day and night. And Breakfast??? Ha most mornings we went down...

« This room defied my expectations. At first I thought it was in a more run down part of town, but pulling up it was right next to a shopping center. The room was nicer than expected and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The hallways were not that clean and one of the outside doors was covered in these disgusting mayflies.
