« Perfect place to stay! Needed 2 day stay in Morton, this was such a better choice than getting an hotel room. Clean, great location and amenities at stated in ad. Comfortable bed and living room area. »

« This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. »

« The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. »

« Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. »

« This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria. »
