« The place was perfect for my family. Had everything we needed especially for our infant. Carly provided a crib and a high chair. The checkout process wasn't overbearing either which made it even better. »

« The home wasn’t clean and we couldn’t get in. We are on top of a mountain with zero reception to call the property manager because we were locked out. The ceiling leaked every time the kids showered upstairs and the house wasn’t clean. We had to call and pack up so the cleaners could come after we checked in. They took pillow cases from our pillows and replaced them with starched rough white ones. It was not an over all great experience with all the issues we faced. »
