Villa Numia B is a bright and sunny two-story independent house located right on the beach. It sleeps four people. From Villa Numia B you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Numia B is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, two private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Ostuni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards), the bus stop at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (rocky) at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away).
You will reach Villa Numia B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To make the most of your stay at Villa Numia B, we recommend having a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public rocky beach. The area is equipped with two sun loungers. The access to the sea is shared with non-resident guests.

The first terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with two masonry benches and with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden and, partially, of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 8000 square meters (86000 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include a L-shaped sofa and an upholstered fabric bench. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
