This intimate villa was created from the renovation of an old Apulian lamia, where stone vaults and imperfect walls interact with contemporary furnishings with a lived-in character. Immersed in the silence of the countryside, it welcomes you with a lavender-lined driveway leading to the original façade full of rural charm.



The entrance lounge offers convertible sofas, while on either side are two bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and access to a study, the other with an antique fireplace. The living area opens onto the veranda and swimming pool through large windows, creating a continuous dialogue between indoors and outdoors.



The 52 m² private swimming pool is the heart of the outdoor area, surrounded by green pergolas and open-air sitting areas. The outdoor kitchen under the veranda becomes the ultimate convivial place. The garden is home to native plants and aromatic herbs: in summer you can pick figs, almonds, and strawberry grapes.
