The Space:

Bedrooms & living area

The first bedroom has a double bed of 160 × 200 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 × 200 cm. Four guests sleep comfortably, each with their own space.

The living area is comfortable, with room to relax after a day out. The retro arcade adds a playful touch to your stay.



Fully equipped, just like home

Bed linen and towels are ready for you: all you need to bring is your suitcase. The kitchen has everything you need for breakfast or a simple meal. The bathroom comes with shampoo and body soap. A washing machine is available.

Guest Access:

Arrival is fully self-service. The key for the front door is in a lockbox, and the apartment door opens with a smart lock. You receive the codes in the guest app before arrival. You choose your own arrival time, no appointment needed.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. There are no shared spaces with other guests or an owner.



The Neighborhood:

You'll stay on Antwerpenstraat in central Ostend, with shops, restaurants and the seafront within reach on foot. The area has a calmer, residential feel than the busiest seafront blocks.



Getting Around:

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The seafront is reachable on foot or by tram.

By car: there is no private garage. Street parking is available nearby when there is space.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later on request, when possible.

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

We may ask for a valid ID on arrival.

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Only registered guests may stay overnight, with a maximum of 4 guests.
