Annenities not working and rough check in

Check in was difficult the code given for check in for main enterance did not work and number to contact went voicemail was able to find alternate number to contact someone and eventually received check in number. Then door to apartment was lock and no key was given called again and told I would call back. Was eventually able to resolve that myself and get in. Main disappointment some amenities did not work such as the hot tub which family was looking forward too. Also, tennis court was in disrepair and grill very dirty and unable to be used. Apartment was somewhat clean but would recommend a new house keeper. In addition, master bedroom stay warmer than rest of the home and dígito cool down. Did have a nice view. Safety concern: Elevator license expired 1 year ago and made odd creaking noises with each ride from 5th floor to ground floor. Overall condo for 3 nights not worth the high cist

We live at The Oaks and, because we have limited space in our town-home, hosted our friends in this property. It was very spacious, attractive, clean and quiet. We would consider using it again for visiting family and friends.

Lovely condo but bad timing and no prior communication

The condo is as pictured. It’s modern and updated nicely and has nice views. Unfortunately, the roof was being replaced during our stay so each day at 7 am the crane started up. Since this unit is the penthouse, we had terrible banging all day long as well as workers who needed access to the unit until the final full day which was Thanksgiving. We were unable to work or relax and definitely could not be on the outdoor veranda. There were signs in the lobby that the new roof was planned at least two weeks prior to our arrival which was confirmed by residents in the building. We were told by the property manager that he had no control over the HOA and timing of the roof repair however the property manager IS the HOA- it’s a family owned and operated property. We were given a $200 credit against our entire cost for the 4 days only after getting VRBO involved. The unit should not have been available to rent during the construction or potentially available at a deep discount. It’s unfortunate because it is a very nice unit.

Gorgeous Penthouse Property

Top-floor condo with views of the river boasting fantastic sunset views on a fully enclosed (screened) wrap-around deck. The condo was clean, bright, and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and furniture. One thing to note: the bed in the master bedroom is very high off the ground, so it wouldn't be appropriate for someone with mobility problems (which was the case with my 77-year-old mother who needed to set up in a back bedroom because of the height of the bed). I swapped with her and enjoyed the primary bedroom and bath with no issues. While we did need to purchase paper towels and napkins, which were not provided, the kitchen was a delight to cook in. It was well stocked with all the basic essentials, allowing us to easily prepare our meals. The appliances were in good working condition, further enhancing our cooking experience. The setting was perfect - quiet inside and out. We did not use the pool area during our stay but could see it from the condo, and it looked lovely. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

2090 Tamiami Penthouse Condo

The property was modern, clean and very well maintained. The online photos are beautiful but it looked even better in person. Wonderful view of the bay on a large, screened in balcony. Communication with owner was easy with quick response time. We had a wonderful stay at this condo!

Great place to stay

The place is very spacious and comfortable. Airy decor makes you feel energized and relaxed. Great addition is the wrap around balcony which you can access from living room and two bedrooms. There are two public beaches just a short drive and great park where you can even take your dog for a nice hike. The one thing we missed was that neighborhood vibe where you can take a stroll with your dog. There is some greenery around but nowhere to walk since the building is located just right by the street. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this beautiful apartment.

Very Clean, Beautifully Updated, Nice View!

My husband and I enjoyed the condo a great deal! Loved sitting out on the large balcony and taking in the water view and breezes. Well equipped, nice and clean, all around pleasant stay. Close to good restaurants and easy drive to most everything.

Spectacular

This condo has recently been redone and everything was wonderful. It is close to Siesta Key, Venice and many other beaches that we visited. The view is amazing to see every morning when you wake up. The mangers of the complex were very responsive and the general amenities were well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.
