Summary:

Welcome to the heart of downtown Oshkosh. This one-of-a-kind upper-level loft overlooks Opera House Square, the park at the center of downtown, with city views and everything Oshkosh has to offer right outside your door.



With 4 bed, one and a half baths and room for up to six guests, it's a fun, comfortable base for families, friends and anyone who loves historic character. Restored brick walls, exposed rafters, giant windows and high-end historic relics give the space plenty of personality.



The Space:

This stylish loft blends historic character with modern comfort, and there's something to discover around every corner.



The space is decorated with high-end historic relics and artifacts from across Wisconsin. Restored brick walls, exposed rafters and giant windows fill it with character, and the windows bring in plenty of natural light and views of the city and the park below.



Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, and one full bathroom plus a half bath keep things easy for the group. When it's time to unwind, challenge someone to a game of ping pong or settle in with a show on one of the smart TVs.

Guest Access:

The entire upper level is yours during your stay, with a private keypad entrance. You'll also have free off-street parking for up to three vehicles.



This is a self-check-in property, so you can come and go as you please. Your check-in instructions and personal entry code will come through Breezeway before you arrive.



Please make yourself at home, and respect any locked doors, storage areas or spaces marked private.



The Neighborhood:

You're staying right in the middle of downtown Oshkosh, overlooking Opera House Square. The park is home to one of the largest sundials in the country, and it's surrounded by local shops and restaurants.



On Saturday mornings from late spring through October, the Oshkosh Farmers Market fills North Main Street just steps away. It's one of the best farmers markets in Wisconsin. Start your day with coffee at New Moon Cafe or Elsewhere Market & Coffee House, grab breakfast or lunch at Planet Perk or Pilora's Cafe, and treat yourself to caramel popcorn at Caramel Crisp & Café.



For dinner and drinks, try classic Italian food and wood-fired pizza at Truffle Pig, or head to the Ruby Owl Tap Room or Water City Pub on Main Street. Catch a show at the historic Grand Oshkosh, walk the Riverwalk along the Fox River, or enjoy a summer concert at the Leach Amphitheater, where the river meets Lake Winnebago. The Oshkosh Convention Center is close by too.



EAA AirVenture, the world's largest aviation event, is just a short 10-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available for trips around Oshkosh and the Fox Valley. It can take longer to get a ride late at night, during AirVenture or in winter weather, so we suggest booking a little early.



Downtown Oshkosh is very walkable, so restaurants, shops, the waterfront and nightlife are all an easy stroll away.



Other Things to Note:

The loft is on the upper level, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.



The space is filled with historic relics, antiques and one-of-a-kind decor. Please enjoy them with care, and keep an eye on children around these pieces.



Please use the ping pong table with care, and keep games away from the decor and windows.



You're staying in the heart of downtown, so you may sometimes hear normal city sounds, especially on weekends, at night and during events in the square.



Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. If we find signs of smoking or vaping, a $250 fine will be charged. Parties and events are also not allowed. Please keep noise down for the neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM.



If you notice any damage or maintenance problems, please message us through Breezeway right away so we can fix them.



Interaction with Guests:

We want you to feel welcome and well taken care of during your stay. With private keypad access to the upper level, you can come and go as you please and explore downtown Oshkosh at your own pace.
