Pros:
- The room was fairly spacious and both the toilet and shower/bath were in separate rooms
- It comes with a washing machine
- You are able to choose the floor and room when booking
- Customer support usually replied in a day or two
Cons:
- The windows are EXTREMELY thin! I stayed over winter so I needed to use the heater almost every day. And due to how thin the windows were, a lot of noise penetrated through. At night time, even a single car can wake you up while in the day time, the constant nearby construction noise means you cannot sleep either
- Although incredibly small, the fridge is very loud, even when on the lowest setting
- There is no microwave
- Both bedframes are loud and squeaky and even moving a bit while sleeping makes it sound like you are jumping on it. As an example of how bad this was, I could even hear the neighbour's bedframe whenever they moved
- Wifi was quite slow and I was only able to get ~20Mb/s
Lastly, this accommodation is quite far from most stores. This was my own fault however, so I will not deduct points for this.
I was so uncomfortable with this stay that I left several days early.
