★By law, after your booking is confirmed, we require all guests to present their passports and provide their full name, address, and occupation. If this information is not provided, check-in or the stay itself may be denied. Thank you for your understanding.
(Japanese guests are not required to present a passport, but full name, address, and occupation of all guests are still required.)

★If towels or linens are used in excess of the number provided per guest, additional charges will apply.

★Luggage can be stored from 12:00 PM (noon) on the check-in day.

★Late check-out is charged at 2,000 JPY per hour. Requests must be made at least 2 days before check-in. If requested within 2 days of check-in or if the room is unavailable, late check-out may not be possible. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty of 5,000 JPY per 15 minutes.

★If the room is left in a condition that requires significantly more cleaning than usual, additional cleaning fees may apply (from 4,000 JPY). Disposal of large trash items will be charged separately (from 3,000 JPY).

★Many cases of guests taking the keys with them have occurred. Please return the keys to their original location upon check-out. Lost keys will be charged (from 20,000 JPY).

★In case of damage or loss, charges may include the cost of the item plus any handling or additional fees required.

★Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoke odors can be difficult to remove and may cause the next guest to request relocation to another facility. Charges may be applied for damages caused by smoking.

★For maintenance or emergencies, staff may enter the room using a spare key even during your stay. We will try to notify you via message before entering, but in some cases, staff may enter regardless of consent. Thank you for your understanding.
