The Sunny Perch sits right on Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, tucked into a quiet cove just off the 21-mile marker of the main channel. With a private dock, kayaks, paddleboards, a paddle boat, and a water mat, there are plenty of ways to enjoy time on the lake. When it’s time to explore beyond the water, Redhead Lakeside Grill and Margaritaville Lake Resort are nearby, while boating, fishing, shopping, and outdoor recreation are all within easy reach.



The Space:

As you enter, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, plus an island with additional seating. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area offers a table for 6. The living room features a plush sofa, smart TV, and indoor fireplace, creating a comfortable spot to relax. A ladder leads to the loft, where kids can enjoy their own space with a smart TV, portable fan, and room to play or unwind. Glass doors open onto the upper deck, where you can lounge, dine alfresco, and enjoy views of the water. Downstairs, a second living room offers a sofa and smart TV, providing another comfortable space for movie nights or relaxing. Just outside, the patio features cushioned seating, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. From there, stairs lead down to the private dock, giving you easy access to the lake and the home's water activities.



This home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area.



Bedroom #1 features a queen-size bed, smart TV, deck access, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and double vanity. The bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.



Bedroom #2 offers a queen-size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed and smart TV.



A shared full bathroom is also available in the basement, featuring a shower and double vanity.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• A washer and dryer are available in the home.

• The loft has 2 twin beds available for guest use but not included in the advertised sleeping capacity or maximum occupancy; the loft has no dedicated A/C vents and may be warmer than the rest of the home, particularly during summer months.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring doorbell camera, located at the front door and monitoring the front entrance/driveway.

• This home offers dedicated parking for up to 3 vehicles in the parking lot. The parking area is located a short distance from the house, so guests will need to walk down a few steps to reach the front door.



Osage Beach offers plenty of ways to plan a day at your own pace. Visit Lake of the Ozarks State Park for scenic trails, swimming areas, and quiet coves, or head to the Bagnell Dam Strip to browse local shops, grab a meal, and experience one of the area’s longtime lakefront destinations. The surrounding area also offers golf courses, local attractions, marinas, and family-friendly entertainment, giving you plenty of options when you want to venture beyond the water.
