The house is very spacious. We chose it because we needed something all on one level due to mobility issues with one family member. The game room was fun. We used the kitchen for all of our meals, and found it to be well stocked.

Great location! We had a group of 12 and stayed 3 nights. The property worked perfect for our group. I liked that the bedrooms were separated to each end of the house. The game room in the garage was fun. The pool was fun (a little cloudy, but fine). The hot tub was not used as it was very cloudy and had some green sludge on the top of the water near the edges. Unfortunately we didn’t even open up the hot tub until the night before, but no one wanted to get in. We saw deer every day in the back yard, so that was very cool. We walked up to the Ozark Distillery one night for some drinks and fresh ingredient pizza, which was very, very good! Overall, the property worked very well for our group. One note: Need more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom if you have 12 people staying 3 nights. We ended up having to buy toilet paper. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishes, glassware and cookware.

Great location along with great activities in house. The pool provided us with a lot of entertainment. We loved the large family room!Only suggestion is to clean outdoor fridge and grill. People should know to wipe down their mess that got onto the cabinets, doors and walls.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Big house will plenty of space. The kids loved the pool. The only complaint we would have is that the outside area could have been cleaned up better. There was a lot of dirt and trash up against the house.

Great property

Pictures didn't do the house justice. Amazing from the time we walked in. Living space was spacious and comfortable. Seating for dinner for a large group. No stairs to worry about with littles was a plus. Wildlife on the property was fun to see. Coffee makers were a little temperamental but otherwise no complaints! Great stay for 6 sets of guests and 2 littles (18mon and 4)

Huge house with everything you need!

The house was a perfect house for the weekend! It wasn’t quite warm enough so with it not being on the lake it was great! Plenty of beds and rooms! The garage was awesome! We did notice it wasn’t completely dusted/cleaned. Dust bunnies rolling around the floors. Spider webs in rooms too. But overall I would recommend.

Good but could use improvements

Nice, large property with lots of living space. Size and location was perfect for our group. BBQ Grill and hot tub were dirty on arrival but cleaned after we called. Billiard table has tear in felt that was never disclosed. Master bed mattress is lumpy and needs replaced, along with the bath towels which smelled like mildew once they were used. Overall, would be great property is these items got addressed.

Fun time at The Big Event

My husband, friends, and myself had an amazing time on our first group vacation to the Osage Beach area. The house is exactly as described! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We weren’t able to use the pool our first day there due to issues with the pump. Things got resolved the next day and we had so much fun!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our Osage Beach vacation. The house was spacious and had a great game room for the kids to enjoy. The property has plenty of parking. The house is in a good location - close to many of the activities offered in Osage Beach. We loved the pool. We did feel several of the mattresses were uncomfortable due to having wood slats.

Fun Pool!

The pool was the big draw for us! All in all, we had a great stay. Nice big house, quiet, lots of deer roaming through the yard. It was a little frustrating to arrive and find limited amounts of toilet paper, dishwasher pods and garbage bags are supplied - for a house that sleeps 20 - it just seems silly. The pool area also needs attention. Our trip was to swim and just be together affordably - and this was a great place for exactly that.

Beautiful Property, Excellent Location

My brother's family and mine stayed here for a week and found the house to be well equipped, clean, and overall, as advertised. Our families thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the outdoor space, especially the pool. We had one minor issue with the hot tub, but the owner quickly responded and saw that it was addressed. The property is in an excellent location, literally right down the street from jet ski/boat rentals, near Margaritaville, and we found shopping to be conveniently close. It was one memorable week for us to share time together. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Fun Time, It Was Nice To Get Away

We enjoyed our summer family vacation in the Ozarks. The house was nice for our needs. It was adequately wheelchair accessible (wide doorways, one level, easy maneuvering throughout, etc.). There was a small step entering the house which required the use of our portable ramp. There was no inside access to the game room, which was disappointing. I could get to it through the garage door, but that let cool air escape too much for everyone to remain comfortable unless the door was shut. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the pool area when we arrived. The layout of the house with two bedroom areas was nice feature, especially since there were fewer bathrooms than we would have liked. It gave our diverse group a sense of privacy. When we were initially looking for property to stay at, I had a lot of accessibility questions. These were answered only briefly, and we were worried about how things would work out when we arrived. It would have been nice to have more direct and complete communication with the owner prior to our visit, in order to put our minds at ease before traveling with uncertainty like we did. All in all, we had a nice trip.

Great Family Gathering Place

This house was perfect for our annual family gathering which included ages ranging from 70 to 15. The one level house and garage spaces gave the right amount of space for everyone to gather - the kitchen to dining area to main room flow is very open - but the bedrooms, outdoor space, and game room gave room for separation and privacy. One main factor for us was accessibility - our son uses a wheelchair to get around and we were easily able to move around the house. We brought manual ramps to take him down the two steps into the game room but that was only spot, and he loved playing ping pong and shooting the free throw game. The TV and sitting area in the game room was an added bonus, it gave a space for those that wanted to watch sports throughout the time and allowed the main room to be a place for conversation. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The pool and outdoor area were well equipped and ready to use, plenty of seats for those that wanted to watch. The hot tub worked well and was easy to use. We are not boaters or Lake people, we did take some walks down the hill (and back up!) to get a view of it and a public beach was within a short drive. We had a great time and found the house perfect for our needs!

Great Lake House

Loved staying at this house for our Lake of the Ozarks trip. Very convenient location and easy to get around. Lots of parking which was great for our group. House was exactly how it was displayed in photos. Our group also loved the hot tub.
