Renters must be 25 years or older with valid Government issued identification.

Extra GUEST FEE: after 4 guests, $25 per person, per night. Price is structured to accommodate, couples, family and group of friends.

During the booking process, please specify the actual number of guests that will be staying. This is important because it impacts how we prep the space (number of beds, towels and other linens) and is also a requirement of HOA. Do not specify 1-2 guests if you expect to have additional people staying with you. Additional guest fee will be added to the guest's account accordingly.

This unit is a beautiful two-level, lakefront unit. Its reverse-style floor plan with the bedrooms on the lower level is the perfect layout. Both the Master and the Mini-Master Bedrooms have direct access to the lower-level deck and also have their own full bathrooms. Having the bedrooms on the lower level makes for quieter and more peaceful sleeping.

Perfect Stay

Our group included the 4 adults who stayed at the property and our adult children who joined us for meals and hanging out. It was everything we needed plus some! The kitchen was extremely well equipped and appreciated as we wanted to eat in to enjoy more our time together. We loved the lower level bedrooms with the stunning views of the lake. Our stay was during the summer solstice, so the sun set directly in front of the condo. Spectacular! Rented a boat and were able to have it delivered to the included slip on the dock just in front of the unit. Montira was excellent answering questions quickly and patient with the questions I asked where the answers were right in front of my face. If you’re looking for a beautiful stay at LOTO, this is the place!

I cannot think of much beyond the title, Montira was excellent with communication, directions for very clear and easy to understand. Everything in the house was extremely clean and very up to date. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great stay!

Overall, fantastic home and location. Pool was close by and parking was easy. I went for a bachelorette party, and I was not aware that this building was a "no-party" building; however, it was easy to keep noise down when we needed. Wasn't too much noise from upstairs neighbors as well. Would definitely come back!!
