Create memories that will last a lifetime in this open concept kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is a large breakfast bar that sits four people, and a bar height dining room table that seats 4.

Living Room
The living room features a beautiful rock fireplace, a large sectional and flat screen TV with a Wii gaming console. There is also a wall of windows with a sliding glass door that opens up to the waterfront balcony!

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, large dresser to store your belongings, two night stands, a flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens up to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, TV and a generous sized closet.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features two Twin XL beds, a large dresser, TV and closet.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom also features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Outside
Outside on the screened in balcony you will find a bar height patio set with 4 chairs, and another smaller patio table with chairs.

Neighborhood Description
The Lazy Days condominium complex is located right in the heart of Osage Beach, close to all the fun and exciting things the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. Just minutes from some of lakes most popular lakefront bars and restaurants including Redheads, Margaritaville’s Landshark Bar and Grill, Ozark Distillery. This condo is also just minutes from the Osage Beach Outlets and the Bagnell Dam Strip. This complex is also just 20 minutes from gorgeous hiking trails, historical castle, and natural springs at Ha Ha Tonka State Park.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
