Convenient Location

Wake & Lake is perfectly situated for ease and accessibility, making your stay stress-free from the moment you arrive. Located just minutes off the main highway and primary transportation routes around Osage Beach and Lake of the Ozarks, this property is convenient. The all-paved roads ensure a smooth drive to and from the home, whether you’re arriving, exploring local attractions, or heading out for dining, shopping, or entertainment.

With its ideal location, you’ll find it effortless to enjoy everything the lake area has to offer while having a serene retreat to come back to after a day of adventure.

House Rules:

Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 10pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the condo complex and to be good neighbors to our neighbors.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests, no loud music after 10pm, no large events, parties or gatherings to be hosted at the property.
Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation at the time of booking are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted at any time.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances.
Pet Policy: If you planning on bringing your furry family members they must be under 25 pounds and reported at the time of booking as additional daily pet cleaning fees of $35 per pet per day applied. Limit of 2 pets total. Must be kept on a leash while outside property and house broken. You are responsible for any damages that might happen during your stay from your pet. Pets can not be left in the unit unattended. Must have all current vaccinations.

Upon Departure: Our dedicated cleaning staff will promptly prepare the home for our next guests. To avoid additional charges, we kindly request adherence to the designated checkout time of 10am. Late checkout fees may apply, unless otherwise arranged with your host in advance. Please do not ask for a late checkout during the months of May-September as we usually are booked solid and unable to accommodate such requests.

Age Requirement: Bookings from guests under 25 may be subject to approval or cancellation, as we prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests and our owner preferences. Upon booking you will be asked to verify your age by presenting an ID. Failure to be able to provide a valid ID that matches name of booking will result in reservation cancellation with no refunds.
Review Requirement: Bookings with insufficient reviews or ratings below 5 stars may be subject to review and further verification.
Feedback and Reviews: Guests who do not comply with house rules may forfeit the chance to leave a public review.
Booking Policies:

We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

Please Note: The community amenities (such as the pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) are managed by the HOA and are not under our direct control. While we strive to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee their availability or condition during your stay, as maintenance or closures may occur without prior notice.

By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 12 hours` notice.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund.
