This neighborhood sits just above the lake-one of the largest reservoirs in the state, and the defining feature of the area. This large home is tucked into rolling hills, with sweeping views of the water, oak-dotted ridgelines, and wide-open skies. It’s the kind of place where mornings are quiet, evenings bring golden sunsets over the lake, and wildlife sightings are part of everyday life.



Outdoor recreation is a major part of the local lifestyle. Within minutes, you have marinas, boat launches, and shoreline trails—perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, or simply enjoying the scenery. The nearby Bidwell Canyon Marina and North Forebay area make it easy to spend full days on the water without traveling far. Getting Around:

Ample parking is available in the large driveway. Explore the lakes surroundings by car or bring bikes for a greater adventure. The Lake Oroville's Visitor Center is less than a mile, where you can learn about the dam’s creation, take a look at any of the on-request videos, or enjoy the spectacular vantage point from the 47-foot overlook tower.

Over 44 miles of hiking and biking trails are within a few miles.

Oroville Lake is divided into several different areas: North Forebay is reserved for the exclusive use of non-motorized boats, so if small wake and quiet surroundings are your fancy, head to this tranquil wedge of the reservoir. Get out in a canoe, kayak, or sailboat and take advantage of the wake-free lake surface. The day-use areas are covered with shade ramadas for picnic groups, barbecue stoves, and there is a 200-foot sandy beach that’s perfect for building sandcastles!

The South Forebay is a bit more active, providing launch ramps for motor boats and spectacular fishing. The Loafer Creek Area is mostly for lounging and swimming, providing a 100-food beach and green area perfect for spreading out a blanket.

For fishing, Lake Oroville offers wonderful German brown, catfish, largemouth bass, rainbow trout, salmon, and smallmouth bass opportunities. Please take note of necessary fishing permits.

We provide complimentary amenities such as hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, paper towels, toilet paper, 3-in-1 shower wash. A cleaning kit is available under the kitchen sink for minor cleanups during your stay (please do not use the premier towels or linens).
