« Extremely clean! We stayed one night while making our way to the west side of the island. There’s a great bakery within walking distance for breakfast. It’s only 5 minutes from Ojo de Agua and 10 minutes from Puerto Nuevo Beach, so we were able to fit a lot into our stay. »

« Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. »
