The Space:

Welcome to your dream vacation house! It's a pleasure to introduce you to our beautiful and elegant home that boasts an open floor plan integrating a spacious living room and a functional modern kitchen, perfect for entertaining your family and friends.



Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? Nope, it's just our luxury hotel collection of premium linens of 300 cotton threads.

Our house features 6 modern decorated bedrooms, making room for up to 14 people. There are four spacious bedrooms with luxurious king-size beds and 50" smart TVs, offering the ultimate relaxation experience. Additionally, there's one room with a cozy bunk bed and one room with two full beds, providing enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. You and your loved ones will definitely have a good night's sleep with our premium bed linens and pillow-top king-size mattresses.



No expenses were spared to provide you with a luxurious experience. Our house offers a game room, perfect for a fun family game night. The outdoor area features a pool and spa, chaise chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a large gas grill for the perfect cookout. Imagine yourself enjoying the sun in our beautiful pool, and sharing a delicious meal with your family and friends under the stars.

Guest Access:

• Guests can use personal logins for streaming services.

• Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

• Security camera details: Ring camera and one over the driveway

• A 3-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD45 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Singular through Airbnb after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for their stay.

• You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME IS THE SAME NUMBER OF PAYING GUESTS LISTED IN THE BOOKING, it is not ok to bring friends or family that are not part of your booking, the property is for lodging and enjoyment of its guests, it's not a clubhouse. Please note, that violations will result in booking termination at the guest's expense, as noted in the rules and conditions of guest agreement.



Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional charge of $45 per day, All pool heating requests have to be made prior to your check-in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip, the service will get pool and spa up to 95°F. Please note, that while we do our best in order to maintain our equipment in top working condition, we cannot guarantee pool heating, as sometimes the heater can run into issues. It's unusual, but in the event, that the pool heater is malfunctioning, a refund will be issued for the heating charges.



Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.



Be gentle with the linens, we only use premium products, and damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.



A propane grill is available for guests, use it at your own risk. There is no fee for using the grill, but guests are responsible for their own propane, If needed you can do a refill exchange at the 7-Eleven nearby.
