This property is located less than a dozen miles from some of Orlando's best attractions including the world's greatest theme parks, Disney Springs, and Orange Lake Golf. You'll also be just minutes from shopping, dining, and countless other must-visit destinations.

Whip up delicious meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar with counter seating. Dine together at the adjacent table or head out into your screened sunroom for a perfect alfresco experience. After meals or exciting days out on the town, return to your serene hideaway, switch on the central AC, and toss the day’s laundry into the washer/dryer for a refresh. Take a seat in your living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts.

Before bed, head back out into your sunroom with a cool beverage in-hand to plan another great vacation day for tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
