The place was very large, clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Great location to go to with a large group and not feel crowded whatsoever. The host was very responsive and overall made the experience great!

Nice size for family vacation but some updates are needed. Need better cookng tools for bigger families. Replace toilet seat in downstairs master as well as replace the sheet sets to include a fitted sheet in the same room. Stove has a crack in it not sure if this is safe.

Televisions Not Working in the House- Lack of Concern / Untruth Communication from Property Manager

The property location was great, and the home as described on the listing. However, the disappointment and frustration with the property manager was overwhelming. Communication began on Monday morning and did not stop until Friday afternoon with the continually telling the untruth about sending someone coming out to fix the televisions. So much telling me that it was repaired remotely. Mindful my family and I are at the house and I'm telling them that the televisions are not working. We were without any televisions working in the house from the time of check-in Sunday until Saturday at noon day (6 days) with no televisions. After taking another step, the property manager communicated with me again on Friday that Directv will be out to repair the televisions between 8a-12noon on Saturday. At this point, we did not have any trust factors anyone was coming out because this was the same message that was communicated to me on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. At this point, it's Friday afternoon & Saturday did not make a difference to us because "checkout" was Sunday for us. Directv did show up repaired all (9) televisions in the house on Saturday at noon along with the an associate of the property manager who unlock the network closet to allow Directv to get in to do their thing. Televisions are an important component for me and my family. This all could have been resolve on Monday if the property manager would have taken a little initiative on their part.

50th Birthday Celebration

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The space was comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the essentials—pots, pans, plates, and utensils—which made meal prep easy. The overall experience was enjoyable, and the home provided a welcoming atmosphere.However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The thermostat didn’t work properly, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature. Unfortunately, this led to sleepless nights for those staying upstairs. Additionally, some of the blinds were broken, and the tabletop glass was held together with masking tape, which was unexpected.Despite these inconveniences, we still had a good time. With a little maintenance, this place could be even better. We appreciate the stay and would consider returning in the future if these concerns are addressed.

Great Stay

Everything was just as described. We had one minor issues that was quickly taken care of. Also, my room didn't get cold enough for me but I recognize that can be a “me thing” lol. But overall everything was great and I've added this to a list of homes I would definitely stay in again when we come back to the area

Amenities not as described !

I specifically booked this home because of the game room, especially the ping pong table. There was NO ping pong table as shown on the advertised pictures and the foosball as well as air hockey table were missing pieces and broken. The kids were unable to play and to top it off the pool was extremely dirty. I immediately called the host,He was extremely rude and said the previous guests broke the ping pong table and they were waiting for the one they ordered he then said “so it’s missing because we took it out and had we left it then you’d be calling to complain about the broken table”. I told him we expected some form of reimbursement for the lack of amenities and filthy pool. He completely dismissed me and was rude and sarcastic basically saying to go ahead and dispute it if I wanted !! The next day we went to the community water park and we were told that our property doesn’t have access to the park. This property only has access if you book through two other companies NOT VRBO. The communication with the host was truly horrible and the property advertisement is deceitful. I strongly do not recommend this home.

Spacious place with great communal areas, but needs some TLC

This property was perfect for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax, and the pool was a huge hit. However, the place could definitely use a deep clean. We also encountered a few minor pest issues. While the overall space was great, a bit of maintenance would make this a fantastic rental.

Perfect for family gathering.

You can’t go wrong with this property. The house was clean with very spacious rooms. The manager responded quicky to all email request before and during our stay. We had individuals ranging in age from 10 to 73 and the house suited all of our needs. We will definitely rebook this property for next year!

Great Stay

Overall a great stay. The ceiling was damaged from where a pipe that had busted. The hot water heater was off when we got there but they came and fixed it. The TVs in a couple of the rooms weren’t working. The house itself was very clean and spacious. It was a good stay overall the home is close to everything. I would definitely stay again.

Good Value for an 8 Bedroom House

I have given this house a 4.25/5 as it is a very good value for the money, the beds were very comfortable. All three families did have enough space and the bedrooms were a good size. A few of the cons with this house was that the pool and patio did not get much sun - you needed to keep moving spaces to get any sun. The house backs onto a busy highway, which was noisy at nights (leaving the bathroom fan on helped a lot). The carpet on the stairs had seen better days (likely from many wet feet from the pool) and there were a few signs of wear and tear (like there are in my house). The waterpark and fitness centre are not accessible for renters of this house (even though the documentation says the fitness centre is). Overall since this house was priced lower than similar houses it is a good value.

Review

Prior to arrival, I was charged a random $1500 fee that they finally figured out was charged by mistake. It was returned. Upon arrival, the pool was filthy. There was no bbq/grill to which we paid extra money to have and it took an entire day to bring us one and still charged full rate. The description was all king size beds minus the two kids rooms. Upon arriving there was chaos between families picking and choosing who got which room bc they were all supposed to be King. After messaging several times and sending pictures they finally agreed that two of the rooms were not king. They may have been full or queen and they said they would update their listing for future. The microwave was not working. Told me we would have one that evening or the next day and it was 2 full days before we received one. Many light bulbs out in and outside of the house. Normal wear and tear for carpet and marks on the walls. Button to the pool didn’t work from the outside and let out a LOUD noise upon opening and closing the door. They told me they weren’t sending someone to fix but to push the button from the inside. So anytime we went in and out we rushed to shut the alarm off with out disrupting others. Communication via their personal portal was quick. Game room - air hockey didn’t work to its fullest. Washer and dryer were so loud can’t be ran during the night it will wake the person in the room next to it. Limited dishes, no can opener, no pot holder, ONE dish towel. No baking sheets so we purchased foil and made the best of it. Got crafty in the kitchen with the limited items we had. House is nice and so is neighborhood, however it’s a very much loved and used house that should have updates considered.

False advertising

Great house, great location. Not allowed to use the amenities of the neighborhood as advertised. A main reason of choosing this house was for the fitness center and pool at the clubhouse. We were told by an employee of the clubhouse to contact our attorney and management company to get a refund. Access is for members only. Besides this the house was great.

Disney winter break

The location of Encore to Disney is outstanding. The property has plenty of rooms, baths, etc. The upstairs couch area is great for the kids to play and get away for their games. The property needs to be refreshed, carpets cleaned, the foosball table is broken, lights need to be consistently replaced (mismatched lights in the main fixture with exposed lights). I would highlight the fact that the Encore swim/pool is not included, which also means that you do not get passess for the back gates.
