-Guests will be provided address and door code 48 hours before check in.

Hosts will be available via messenger from 8am-6pm, M-F. After hours and weekend messages will be responded to as soon as we are able to.

Notes:
-guest will be asked for their email and to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-Guests will be charged $30 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $1,500 to provide for a worry free stay.
