Other things to note:

***Please kindly note there is a maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.

*All guests can enjoy the resort amenities free of charge.

- Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

*Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

*Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

*Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

*We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

*Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

*Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

*There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Smoking is not allowed inside.

*Parties and events are prohibited

*The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm

*Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
