Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home for full privacy and comfort, except for one locked owner’s closet.

Check-in is contactless via a secure keypad entry system. You will receive a unique door code before arrival.

Parking is available in front of the property; please park only in designated spaces and follow all community signage.

The home is located in Windsor Cay Resort in Four Corners (Clermont, Florida), a peaceful, family-friendly area close to theme parks, restaurants, shopping, outlets, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The community is well maintained and ideal for relaxing after busy park days.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for flexibility and comfort. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are available. Quick access to major roads including US-27, US-192, SR-429, and I-4.

Package deliveries

USPS often does not deliver to vacation rentals. We recommend Amazon, DHL, or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undelivered packages, or for resort delivery restrictions.

We communicate exclusively through the booking platform for your safety and convenience and are available before and during your stay.

Any cleanliness issues, existing defects, damages, or malfunctions must be reported within 4 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly.
