Parking

* A $50 violation penalty applies for parking restricted vehicle
types in the community.

Pool and Amenity Use

* The private pool includes a child safety fence for added peace of
mind.
* If pool heating is arranged, the water temperature will not exceed
95°F.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not include jets.
* The spa can only be heated when the full pool is heated, and both
will reach the same temperature.
* Pool heating works through heat exchange, so performance may be
limited in colder weather and may be temporarily unavailable if the
system’s safety controls activate.

Deliveries

* Deliveries sent through USPS are not accepted at vacation homes and
are usually returned to the sender.
* Courier deliveries may be directed to the clubhouse in some
resorts, and some resorts may not accept packages at all.
* The property is not responsible for issues related to online
purchases or deliveries.
