Care with Facilities: Please handle the property`s facilities with care. This includes appliances, furniture, and electronic equipment.
- Damages and Cleanliness:
Damages: If anything gets damaged, please report it immediately. A charge may be applied to cover any damages.
- Cleanliness: Upon departure, please leave the property in good condition. Place trash in the appropriate containers.
- Security: Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving to keep the property secure.

Before coming you must double-check certain aspects in order to avoid unwanted situations. Please make sure you have check-in guidelines saved (off-line source and these will be provided 3 days prior actual arrival).
If you come from overseas, be aware electricity is 110V in the USA and standard extension plug / charger may be different.

No pets (we love them though lol)
