This beautiful and spacious two story home offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 19! It has a West facing pool and spa/hot tub and is perfect for a family or multiple families travelling together.

BONUS ROOM - 'THE DEN'
As you enter the home you will notice the wide open concept. There is a bonus room - the Den on your left after you enter the house. The Den has a sofa that converts into a sleeper and a 32" flat screen TV. Perfect to use as an extra sleeping space or another room to watch TV.

KITCHEN and DINING AREAS
The large kitchen has granite counter tops and island with breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing a quick snack to a full family dinner. The dining table seats 8 overlooks the pool area.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has two sofas and a large 50" wall mounted TV and DVD player. Behind the sofa are sliding doors leading to the pool area.

Bathroom 1 - Family bathroom between bedrooms 1 and 2 with bathtub/shower overhead, sink, toilet (downstairs)

Bathroom 3 - En-suite off bedroom 3 with garden tub, two vanity areas each with a sink, walk in shower, private door to the toilet and access to a private balcony (upstairs)
Bathroom 4 - En-suite off bedroom 4 with bathtub/shower overhead, sink, toilet
Bathroom 5 - En-suite off bedroom 6 with bathtub/shower overhead, sink toilet (upstairs)
ALL towels and hair dryers are provided.

The home is due for a carpet replacement and internal repaint at the next offseason opportunity. Guests should expect some walls to show marks / wear and tear as well as some marks on some of the carpet areas which whilst regularly cleaned, do have perminant stains in places.

UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM
The second living area has a sectional sofa, sitting chairs, foosball table, 50" Television, DVD and XBOX 360!

CHILD FRIENDLY
There are also children's plates, cups, and utensils.

There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

PARKING
There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway. Additional parking is availabe on the street in the designated parking areas outlined with white lines.

POOL AREA
Popular by everyone is the outdoor area. The pool area has an over sized deck with large pool, hot tub/spa and water fall features. Enjoy al fresco dining with a table that seats 6 complete with ceiling fan. There are 6 sun loungers too for soaking up the rays! A children's pool safety fence.
* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($200 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $40 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. Pool heat is recommended October-April.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F (if there is a hot tub 100-102 F) and runs from 7am - 11pm.
* Please request at least 1 week prior to arrival.

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.

The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
