Fully Accessible Pool Area for the Win

This home was the perfect choice for our teenage grandson who is wheelchair bound. The first floor offered everything you would expect from an accessible home. The real winner was the pool area that included both a lift and a ramp that allowed us to assist him with easy entry. The shallow area with built-in step levels allowed an area to take a break without exiting the pool! He felt fully included in all of the family fun!

Family Vacation fun

Great house and great location! The home was perfect for our annual family vacation. Spacious kitchen, sturdy dining table with 8 chairs and bar stools at breakfast bar. The swimming pool was huge! The home backs up to water park and easy walking distance to entrance and to the clubhouse and restaurant. Great place!

Outstanding house and location

Perfect house for a family. We were 11 with 5 kids. Proximity to the water park on location is perfect for families with going kids. The house was clean and well kept.

Best place to vacation with family!!!

The home was great for our family trip(we do this every 5 years with our kids and grandkids). Everything was as it was advertised. It was clean, each family had its own bathroom. The pool area was great, we spent most of our days and evenings with the whole family. I would definitely stay again. The management were very responsive, we had some minor questions, and they took care of them quickly. Do not hesitate to book this home, you will not be disappointed. 😊

Absolutely Perfect

My wife, five children (ages 8, 6, 4, 2, 5 months), both sets of grandparents, and I stayed for a week in February 2024. The house is perfect! Spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. The AquaPark is a three minute walk from the house. It is also heated and we had no water temperature issues with the kids or adults. **note: not all houses on Vrbo in this neighborhood come with usage of the AquaPark, but this house does!** The private pool and hot tub are also awesome! An easy 5-10 minute drive to Disney World or you can use the neighborhood shuttle. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We will certainly be back again!

This is The Place to Be!

Incredible house that is above what the listing shows! Truly, the largest private pool in the community! Very Close to the clubhouse and water park! So convenient for the kids! Stop Scrolling and start Booking! 😎

Golf Trip

Your house is just absolutely beautiful. On a golf trip and with weather in the 90’s and hot, the pool was amazing and the ac inside the house outstanding. All of us had our own rooms and your house was so close to everything we needed Thank you very much We will be back!!

Great accommodations for large family

The property was as described on Vrbo. Photos were accurate. Very roomy with very comfortable beds and it was great having many bathrooms for our large family. The unit is handicap accessible with large roll in shower. It also had low profile bed making transfer much easier. Kitchen was well appointed. Game room in the garage was such a hit with our grandkids and the pool was fun for all. The zero entry accessibility was wonderful for wheelchair and perfect for our little ones. Lots of outdoor seating in patio area and around the pool. Good location to theme parks and we also visited the water park at Encore Resort that is included with your stay and within walking distance from home. We had a fun comfortable stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect for Large Group

Just say yes to this property if you are looking for a resort get-away close to all Orlando has to offer. We enjoyed our days lounging poolside and soaking in the jacuzzi, just as much as our adventures at the local theme parks and attractions. Plenty of places to eat out nearby as well as a full kitchen for staying in. All bedrooms have good size closets and on suite access to bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out with well appointed bedrooms & two common areas for watching television. Everyone in our group loved this property.

Family vacation

Our family of 12 from 5 states enjoyed our stay between Christmas and New years Day. The house gave us plenty of space to spread out and we enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities.

Disney Family Vacation 2022

Beautiful and spacious property! On the off days from Disney we enjoyed our personal pool and the water park adjacent from property. Reaching out to owner Craig with questions was met with quick response. The only hiccup we encountered was the overbooking of shuttle to Disney park which we solved by making the drive ourselves.

Home from Home

Looking for a large property that feels like home, this is the one for you. We traveled as a party of 10 in September 22. Arrived to a clean and large property, did not feel cramped at all with 10 people and still had a double room spare. Large and warm pool and plenty of out door space for all to enjoy. 25 minutes away from the parks so easy and quick commuting. Craig and Shannon the owners were fantastic hosts. Any problems we had they were straight on it, they even made sure multiple times we were ok during hurricane Ian, making sure we knew what to expect and what to do, very friendly and very helpful. So much easier when you know you have someone who cares at the end of an email or phone. Highly recommend and we will return!

Great property!

We had a great time!! A truly handicapped accessible property. House was clean, exactly as described, and large enough for extended family for family reunion. Owner was extremely responsive in addressing any issues that arose. Would definitely recommend to large group needing an accessible property. The proximity to the surrounding theme parks was ideal.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house. The 8 bedrooms gave all of us room to spread out and get a good night sleep. The house is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the private pool and the Encore Resort with the large pool, slides, and food and drinks poolside! Our party of 13 had dinner at Finns two nights during our stay. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this house it was just what we were looking for!

Great place for the whole family!

We came into Orlando with lots of family for the Special Olympics. This house was the perfect fit for our crew! The older kids enjoyed the game room, lots of room to spread out and the pool is great! Easy walk to the water park in the community which was great for the littles! Highly recommend this place for families!!

Great Home Base for WDW Trip

Our family of 16 -- 10 adults, 6 kids -- had a great stay here as the jumping off point for theme park visits. Plenty of room for each couple to have their own dedicated space, and the kids had their own room(s) as well. The backyard pool, game room, plus the water park (entrance only a block away) were perfect for our stay-home days. Wish the resort had a playground since all our kids were 7 and under, but we ended up taking sand toys to the volleyball pits and that worked out great, and we appreciated the little playhouse in the backyard. The house is super for older kids, though. The handicapped accessibility was vital for us, and after a bit of adjusting, that worked out fantastic. Kitchen had *plenty* of dishes, including nonbreakables. A couple things that were different from other VRBOs we've stayed at: As far as amenities, we were a little confused by the listing "pantry items" since there was nothing, not even salt and pepper, in there, so just shop accordingly. And if you like family board games, you'll need to provide your own. But a good time was had by all!

Great Experience with everything you need

We had 3 family’s share this very nice 8 bedroom home. The pool and hot tub were a great space that we enjoyed and it overlooked the water park. The water park was a convenient walk which was great. We used the shuttle services to the parks which worked well for all 3 families. The only item that didn’t sit well was having to rent a gas grill for $70 for the week. It worked well for the 3 meals we cooked on it but just seemed like something that should be included or at a much reduced cost. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Excellent but…

This property was all excellent and better than we expected. Could not have been better. But, Wednesday night the club had a party, ban and fireworks that ended around 2am. None of us got sleep that night. Their noise ordinance is not enforced.

First time vacation in a resort home

The home was perfect for our large family. With ages ranging from baby, toddlers, and teens it was nice to have a large pool and hot tub just steps away. The view of the waterpark from the pool area, gave it a real resort feel. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for making dinner. The only negative comment is, there is a sign posted not to turn the air conditioning below 72 degrees or the air conditioner could ice up and the renter would incur the cost of having it repaired. 72 degrees is too warm inside when the outdoor temperature is 90 degrees.

Lovely home away from home

We really enjoyed pur stay here. The home is just a pictured. There are a couple of things we noted that needed repair but those things didn't impact our visit. We suggest you visit the resort office after you arrive so you get the back gate key as the main gate road has awful traffic back ups. Also, your keys allow use of the water park and other amenities. This wasn't clear in the home binder of information. Thank you Monica for sharing your lovely home with pir family.

Family home

We had an amazing time while staying at this property. Everything was to our expectations..close proximity to everything we did.. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and the rec room in the garage. Very handicapped accessible for our son..we will definitely stay here again when in florida

Disney vacation get away

This vacation home was the best!! We would go to the theme parks in the morning and after lunch the kids were asking to go back to the house! Very clean, roomy and comfortable home. The owners were EXCELLENT! I had questions before booking and they would answer with in a couple hours. Once we got there everything was perfect and no need to contact the owners for anything! I would definitely book this home again. It was perfection!!
