Waterview luxury condo in gated resort close to theme parks with NO RESORT FEES!

Private gated resort is located only short drive from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme park with abundant shopping at Champion's Gate Shopping center close-by. Unit is located a short walk from the resort's private beach and poolside restaurant bar.

Relax on the beautiful grounds with 4 luxury heated pools, dedicated children’s splash pad water play area, tennis/pickleball court, numerous charcoal barbeques, day spa, fishing dock and private sand beach with hammocks, padded loungers and sunshades. Stay active on the resort tennis/pickleball court, beach ping-pong table, poolside billiard tables & miles of walking trails surrounded by a nature preserve (be sure not to get close to the baby alligators, numerous birds, turtles or other wildlife within the resort as they are protected by law). Tennis & pickleball equipment is available to reserve at no charge at the resort front desk. Bahama Bay is presently rated on TripAdvisor with four stars and it is recognized as one of the nicest locations in Central Florida.

The onsite Tradewinds restaurant and poolside bar is open from lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The on-site Cenote Day Spa offers a variety of luxurious massages, facials nails and body treatments.

Our condo features numerous amenities, beautiful views and the three bedrooms sleep up to 8 people comfortably on two queen beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses, two twin sized beds plus a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The two full-sized bathrooms each include a shower and 2nd bathroom shower features low step in height.

Interior furnishings, décor and appointments have been upgraded to Wyndham platinum level for a very comfortable stay and enhanced appearance. New solid surface flooring provides an upscale feel.

The two sliding glass doors in the living room and master suite open onto screened-in balconies with beautiful water views. The second floor location provides greater privacy and superior views.

If you decide to enjoy a meal in the condo, the fully equipped kitchen makes it easier with a variety of cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery. Equipment includes full sized refrigerator and oven. Use the blender to make your favorite cocktail to enjoy on the private patio!

NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES!!!

The washer and dryer provides an easy way to launder any clothing if you choose. We do have a No Pets and no smoking policy. Unit includes baby high chair at no charge.

Super Unterkunft, die gesamte Anlage ist super schön,vor allem der Poolbereich mit angrenzendem Strand. Entfernung zu den Disneyparks ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto,je nach Verkehr. Der Vermieter ist absolut nett und hat uns bei allen Fragen stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Great condo with everything you need!

Condo and grounds were exactly what we needed for our stay. The host immediately responded to the questions we had and the view of the lake was great. We hope to stay again next year!

Good atmosphere!

We enjoyed our stay even tho the weather was cold. Just a short walk to the pool and restaurant (good food) close to Publix and other food places. Had a few areas with cleaning issues but host was prompt to get it resolved. Would stay here again. Beds were very comfortable! Unit was roomy, kitchen had what we needed.

Not as we expected

The code for residence was incorrect. Fortunately it was resolved the next day, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to go anywhere. House was not clean on arrival, there were still dishes in the dishwasher. Floor in the kitchen was greasy. Bathrooms full of mold. Bedding was dirty. Coffee machine still had moldy coffee from previous guests. We regretted booking 2 weeks. We bought disposable cups because everything was so dirty. Half of the hob didn't work. We only boiled water in a pan for coffee. Would be better off staying in a tent. Also saw a cockroach, but that is to be expected in such a dirty house. It's a shame that the previous reviews were high, because that's why we chose this house.

Overall

Overall it was in a great location, nice area, nice resort close to shopping and attractions. Amenities within resort were great and very kid friendly. The unit had a musty smell throughout our stay but we had fans on etc to mask the smell. All Pillows could use upgrading and not many towels so we were constantly doing laundry. Lots of blankets available. Would definitely consider booking again.

Great vacation spot!

Just got back from two weeks at this condo in Bahama Bay. We have been vacationing at least once per year at Bahama Bay since 2009. We really enjoyed our stay. Brandon, the owner, was very responsive and Juan, the maintenance guy, was a wonderful gentleman, and when we needed something, he came right away. The carpet was freshly cleaned the day before we got there. The beds were very comfortable. We bought our own cleaner and cleaned the bathrooms as soon as we got there, but we would do that anywhere. There were a couple of small issues that Juan came right away and fixed. Not luxury accommodations, but if you are looking for a nice place to vacation at a reasonable price, this is it! We would certainly stay there again! Thanks Brandon and Juan!!

Blissful

We wanted to stay away from the mania of International Drive and big hotels, this was the perfect solution. Roomy condo, everything we needed within it. 4 pools, a beach beside a lake, a restaurant. On average 25 minutes from Disney. 1.5 hours from Cocoa Beach, we managed to see 3 rocket launches from Bahama Bay (just check where East is and find a clearing)
