You are about 6 miles from Universal Orlando, 3 from SeaWorld and 2 from the Convention Center, and a Publix supermarket is a 15-minute walk away. The condo has a full kitchen with granite counters, a den, and its own washer and dryer. Vista Cay Resort is gated, with two clubhouse pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a game room and a movie theater.

THE CONDO
The condo is on the fourth floor, and the building has an elevator. A private balcony with a table and chairs opens off the living area.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The living room has leather sofas and a flat-screen TV, and a den off it has a second sofa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, a breakfast bar, and a table for four. Wi-Fi is included, and the condo has its own washer and dryer.

GETTING IN
You let yourselves in with a private door code, sent with your Arrival Instructions. Vista Cay is gated; the gate code is in the same email.

VISTA CAY RESORT
Vista Cay is a gated resort beside a lake. The clubhouse has a large pool, a smaller round pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, a game room and a movie theater, all included in your stay. The clubhouse is run by the resort, and its opening hours can change.

GOOD TO KNOW
- This is a condo in a resort, so there is no private pool. The clubhouse pools and hot tub are shared with other resort guests.
- You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags and bathroom tissue. For a longer stay you will want to top these up.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
