The ground level of the home features a large Queen bedroom, while the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. You'll find a King sized bed and large ensuite bathroom in one, while the other two both have bunk beds featuring a full size, and a twin size mattress.

The Oasis Clubhouse at ChampionsGate is absolutely packed with amenities for entertainment, dining, sports and business, so whether it’s a meal you have on your mind, or you need to get in touch with the office, you’ll find everything you need here at the Clubhouse. It has an expansive water park with a quiet zone, lane swim pool, jacuzzi hot tub, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a two storey waterslide, an 850-foot lazy river, and a wave pool. Parking:
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day. Please note: the garage is not available.
Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.
Resort Access:
• You're provided with complimentary access to the Champions Gate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse.
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round.
The Neighborhood:
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate: Considered one of the most beautiful resort communities in all of Davenport area! This ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World theme parks via FL-429 S (this route has tolls) or Westside Blvd. Also, close by are many dining, local wineries, shopping and entertainment options!
Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community in the centre of Davenport, Florida. It is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure.
The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing 850 foot lazy river! In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a jacuzzi hot tub, a wave pool, and a poolside tiki bar. There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service.
Inside the state-of-the-art clubhouse, there is a fully-equipped fitness center with an aerobics studio. It is air conditioned and has top-notch equipment. There are also plenty of sports courts outside to burn off those theme park calories! The clubhouse also features a delectable Grill Room restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining, and the Grill Room bar where you can grab a refreshing drink. In addition, the Champion's Gate Resort offers a children's day club, gaming arcade, cyber business center, ticket sales and guest services.
