The Space:

Inside, the open living area invites you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills, with a game corner that sparks friendly competition. Evenings drift into relaxed gatherings around the dining table, the soft hum of the air‑conditioner and ceiling fans keeping the space comfortably cool.

The condo comfortably sleeps six guests across three private bedrooms, and the 2.5 baths provide ample convenience for families or groups.

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a spacious countertop, and a dining table set for shared meals lets you prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy a quiet dinner at home. A washer and dryer are tucked nearby for added ease.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior pleasant year‑round. High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to catch up on emails or plan the next adventure. Multiple TVs and a game area create relaxed evenings without stepping outside.

Step onto the covered balcony for a calm perch over the golf course, or gather in the outdoor seating area for fresh air. The gated Reunion community offers a sparkling pool, a well‑equipped gym, and free on‑site parking. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival.

Reunion’s quiet, gated setting blends leafy streets with easy access to Central Florida’s top attractions. Disney is about six miles away, while SeaWorld and Universal Studios are within a short drive. Outside the gates, a variety of dining options, water parks, airboat tours, and local sights await, giving you plenty to explore between relaxing moments at the condo.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire condo along with access to select Reunion community amenities, including:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, spas, fitness center & linear park

-Homestead: Pool, wading pool & spa

-Carriage Pointe: Pool & spa

-Heritage Crossing: Two pools, wading pool & spa

-The Terraces: Pool, spa, gazebo & pavilion

Liberty Bluff Playground & Dog Park

-Grand Traverse Parkway playground & outdoor fitness area





IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a beautifully maintained gated resort community known for its golf courses, walking paths, and relaxed atmosphere. The area combines resort-style living with quick access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, water parks, and outdoor adventures throughout Central Florida.



Getting Around:

The community is gated with 24-hour security for added peace of mind. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the community parking area.



Other Things to Note:

The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival to maintain high cleanliness standards.



A damage protection option is required before check-in:



1-night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorization hold)

2+ night stays: Choose between the refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20/night (max $100)



Check-out is at 10AM. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional fees due to housekeeping scheduling and incoming reservations.



This is a self-catering property, so supplies are provided only as starter items. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The kitchen includes limited essentials such as trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Laundry detergent is provided for up to two loads. Coffee is not included. Please notify us promptly if any essentials are missing upon arrival.

Self-check-in and check-out make arrival simple and convenient.
