Slide open the glass doors to your own private, screened-in patio. Here, you can take a refreshing dip in your personal pool or simply relax in the Florida sunshine. It’s the perfect private oasis to start your morning or wind down after a day at the parks.

This home offers five comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax:

* **First Floor Bedroom:** Queen bed with a convenient bathroom next door.
* **Second Floor Main Suite:** King bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 3:** Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 4 (Mickey Themed):** Two Twin beds, perfect for Disney fans.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 5 (Minions Themed):** Bunk bed with two Full-size beds.

Upstairs, a cozy loft area with another 65-inch Smart TV provides a second living space for kids or adults to enjoy. For your convenience, the home includes central air conditioning, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, an iron, and hairdryers.

**Guest Access**

As our guest, you will have complete and private access to the entire townhome, including the private pool and patio.

**Getting Around**

* Orlando International Airport (MCO): ~27 miles

A vehicle is recommended for getting around and exploring all that the Orlando area has to offer. On-site parking is available, with a maximum of 4–5 vehicles permitted per property.

**House Rules**

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* To book, at least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.

**Important Information**

* **Private Pool Heat:** Heating for the private pool is optional and available for an additional fee of $30 + tax per night for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 2 days prior to your check-in date.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be rented for $65 + tax for the entire stay. This fee includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your arrival.
* **For Families:** A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available upon request.
* **Package Delivery:** If you plan to have packages delivered during your stay, please contact us beforehand for specific instructions.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to help arrange Dianey park tickets, grocery shopping, and other services to make your stay seamless.
