HOUSEKEEPING
- To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

POOL
- The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
- For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
- Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

Guests have access to the entire home, including the private pool, outdoor area, and all available resort amenities.

Guests staying at Windsor Cay Resort have full access to The Reef Club, our brand-new resort clubhouse located at 16100 Windsor Cay Blvd, Clermont, FL 34714. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Upon arrival at the front desk, guests must present a driver’s license or photo ID along with their reservation and a credit or debit card to access the pool and outdoor amenities. Please note that the resort does not provide pool towels, but they are available for purchase at the gift shop or guests may bring their own. Smoking and outside food/beverages are not permitted in the pool area.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

PARKING
• For Townhomes, a maximum of 3 vehicles can be parked in designated townhome parking areas;
• Do not obstruct sidewalks.
• Side Street Parking: Vehicles may park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs;

TRASH
• Valet trash pickup is daily;
• Please have trash in the container by the house by 7 am;
