Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you. Kindly be aware that our spa is not heated by default. You have the option to heat the spa for an additional fee.
• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.
• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
