Each bedroom is adorned with unique decorations and Smart TVs. For your convenience, there are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with two comfortable reclining couches, a dining area, and a game room (with a pool table and a futon for an additional guest). The remaining bedrooms and the second game room (with arcades) are situated on the second floor.

? We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90? (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

? We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

? Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
