The space
Spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath townhome at Azur Resort—perfect for families and groups. Enjoy an open-concept living/dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated coffee station for easy mornings. Step outside to your private splash pool with a privacy screen for added comfort. The home also features fast Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and convenient parking right out front. Optional add-ons include pool heat and an on-site Tesla EV charger (fees apply).

Optional add-ons (must be requested in advance):
• Pool heat: $35/day (must be for the full stay; 24–48 hrs to reach temp)
• Tesla EV charging: $15/day (or $20 per charging session)

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire townhome, including all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station, in-unit laundry, and the private splash pool with privacy screen. Parking is available directly in front of the home. Full access to Azur Resort amenities is included with your stay, in accordance with resort rules and operating hours. Optional add-ons such as pool heat and Tesla EV charging are available upon request and subject to additional fees.

Other Things to Note

• Pool heat is optional and available for an additional daily fee. If added, it must be purchased for the entire stay and may take 24–48 hours to reach temperature depending on weather conditions.
• Tesla EV charging is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
• Resort amenities are provided and maintained by Azur Resort; hours and availability are subject to resort rules.
• No refunds can be issued due to weather, resort amenity closures, or personal preference once amenities are confirmed operational.

Other things to note
• Daily valet trash pickup is provided by the community. Please leave all trash in bags out in front by grey bin.
• This is a non-smoking, no-party home. Smoking or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine and possible removal from the property.
• Two (2) parking passes are provided per reservation. Vehicles must display passes at all times.
• The home has a strict occupancy limit. Any over-occupancy reported by the HOA may result in immediate eviction without refund, in accordance with community rules
