Superbe villa de 3 chambres 2 salles de bain avec une excellente, piscine privée et un spa. Magnifique espace extérieur avec grande table pouvant accueillir 6 à Lanai couverte avec 2 ventilateurs de plafond pour vous garder au frais. Ou détendez-vous toute la journée au soleil sur les chaises longues et recharger les batteries avant de retourner aux parcs à thème .child clôture de sécurité autour de la piscine pont pour garder les petits en toute sécurité. Dip dans la piscine pour se rafraîchir, puis se détendre dans le spa sous les étoiles le soir. Convient à des familles plus petites, les couples, les golfeurs, sur la communauté de golf avec grande piscine communale, des courts de tennis et aire de jeux. A proximité des commerces et restaurants locaux. lit king énorme dans la chambre principale avec salle de bains avec baignoire de jardin, grande douche, deux lavabos et WC, lisseur cheveux secs et, une grande armoire et portes patio à bord de la piscine, lit queen dans la 2ème chambre, une grande armoire, lits jumeaux dans 3ème chambre , avec une grande armoire contenant lit bébé, literie, jeu stylo et d'autres articles pour bébés, salle de bain partagée entre les chambres 2 et 3 ayant salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et toilettes. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans toutes les chambres ainsi que le salon. Téléphone, WIFI gratuit, playstation. Lounge 8 places dont 3 places canapé-lit. Coin petit déjeuner avec une table pour 4 plus 2 au petit déjeuner bar, piscine surplombant. cuisine entièrement équipée moderne avec des appareils mis à niveau et de travail en granite, Lave-linge, sèche-linge, planche à repasser, fer moderne airers vêtements. Salle de jeux avec table de billard, air hockey et baby-foot. Tout cela et à seulement 10 minutes de l'entrée principale de Walt Disney World! 25-30 minutes de Universal et Sea World. Fantastic Stay

Fantastic stay in Villa. We have stayed in highland reserve before so knew the area which is in a great location for all the parks and has everything within a very short drive. The villa itself was excellent, couldn’t fault anything and dealing with Sue was very easy and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent stay 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family of five just spent 7 nights at the villa. The villa accommodated us well and has everything to be comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The pool area was so nice to relax in and eat outside. The garage with pool and hockey table were a huge bonus. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to Disney parks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa!

Absolutely AMAZING

Sue was a pleasure to work with. Anytime I emailed her she got back to me so quickly. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Everything we needed was there. If we go down again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Give this villa 5 ⭐️

Family Vacation

We came from the Midwest to escape the Winter and enjoy some Florida sunshine with my kids and my grandbaby. We went to Disney and Universal studios and we loved coming back to this house with the hot tub and the pool. The owners were amazing and easy to reach and the house was fully stocked with everything that we needed. It was really hard to leave to come back to the cold Midwest. Thanks for a great week!

A perfect respite!

We were looking for a month of rest and relaxation, but needed somewhere our 2 boys could stay entertained. This was the answer!!! The villa had everything we needed! The pool was awesome! Location excellent! Everything as listed! Sue answered all my questions and gave suggestions for things in the area! So easy to work with. Tom was quick to take care of a repair that was needed. We would definitely stay again!!

Very peaceful

This is a great home. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. There was no BBQ as listed in the add, and we received warnings that our trailer we had parked in the driveway would be towed. We asked before arriving if it would be ok and were told it was. Simply a misunderstanding all around I think. A local resident told us not to worry about it.

Beautiful property equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool and games room were a particular highlight for us.Friendly neighbourhood; we felt very safe throughout our stay. Amazing stay

This property was everything we could want for our final week in Florida. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and the villa felt like being at home. Communication with the owner was second to none along with the villa manager who doesn't hesitate to help. I would definitely stay here if we were lucky enough to visit Florida again.

Multi generation family vacation

Exceptional best describes Troon villa. From the initial viewing on vrbo followed with very prompt and welcoming communication with owner Sue, our stay exceeded our expectations. This property is perfect for small children. The safety fence for the wonderful pool and spa with the playground just up the street delighted our family. It’s a quiet location ideal for short bike rides and walks. We were close to stores for groceries and also close, but not too close, to lots of activity options. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this well maintained property. The owners have anticipated their guests’ needs and thus ensured an easy, relaxing stay.

My Special Neighbor hood

Nice, cozy & charming!

My family and I had a great experience at Dave and Sue's property. I had no issues reaching Sue and had prompt responses. The place is as described and seen in the posted pictures. It is a very nice, cozy home with a charming touch. It is an open concept with high ceilings which gives a sense of spaciousness. The neighborhood is a nice and very quiet community. The home itself has a lot to offer on its own to enjoy one's self. Of importance to know that may not be clear for those not familiar with the area, is that if traveling without a vehicle getting an Uber service can prove difficult. I was told this is because the property is a bit further from the hot spots for tourists. On more than one occasion I could not get a driver to accept my pickup. You may want to try and make arrangements with your first driver just in case. The average price for Uber XL service to this property is $65-$70 to or from one of the major theme parks. Also, the neighborhood has HOA rules about pool use. We had a neighbor yell from across his fence that he was trying to sleep. This was just before 10 pm. Rules say no swimming after 11 pm. The noise was solely my children laughing and not at all excessive. We're pretty mindful of that. So that may be putting off for some folks. Other than that I would recommend this place. My family and I enjoyed the home very much and have made many new memories of an unforgettable trip that we will treasure. Thank you very much Dave and Sue!

Overall good property

We found property to be spacious and well equipped but not well maintained. Property was not clean on arrival, is in need of updating and maintenance not very responsive. Bring your own everything, no starter kit for cleaning or paper products.

Place was very clean my toddler loved the pool I was really happy about the baby items that came With the house not every house that I rent have those supplies . The rooms were perfect bed are comfortable and Susan was able to answer any questions that I had on time . Perfect relaxing getaway for me and my teenage son

What an amazing time my 15 year old son and I had in Florida for a week at your beautiful property. Everything worked great and everything we possibly needed was provided. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of every day! Universal was an easy 30 minute drive and Kennedy Space Center about 90 minutes! Thank you Susan for allowing us to use your home to relax, make memories, and celebrate the end of summer in the Florida sunshine!

What you see is not what you get to a certain degree.

As far as the amount of space for my family of 4 it was great! The house was extremely clean and the pool was the highlight of the trip for myself and the kids. There were 2 downfalls of the home. 1) There is a serious ant problem. I contacted the owner and property manager to inform and 5 hours later someone came out to spray. I showed the lady a video of what I had recorded of what I thought were ants and she stated she was unsure what type of insect that was in the video. I had to throw so much food away due to the ants attacking everything. There were ants in the microwave. I went out and purchased some ant/bug spray hoping that it would work; however, to no avail. My boyfriend made several videos of the ants attacking our food and personal belongings. The second downfall were the neighbors directly across the street. The owner has nothing to do with their ignorance however; it should be noted that my family was racially profiled by 2 different houses across the street from the rental. The property manager arrived and tried to intervene, but at this point an argument had ensued b/tw my boyfriend and the neighbors over music which wasn’t loud nor was it 10pm which is typically considered quiet times/zones living in subdivisions as this rental is located in. The police was called by the property manager or the neighbors and once the cop arrived and heard what took place we were told that people of color are profiled a lot in the area. We were also told we could play our music as long as we wanted to and that the neighbors had not right approaching me and my family in a threatening manner.
