Themed after many of the great family movies found in the local parks, every guest will find a room that is perfect for them. Plenty of entertainment options will provide countless hours of fun both under the roof and under the sun!

As soon as you pull up to the home, you are greeted with luxury in your dual driveways. Upon entering the home guests are greeted with a custom-designed hallway and large, modern light fixture which gives the home a unique luxury vibe down the hall. Guests will find the open living area complete with plenty of space to entertain, cook, eat, and enjoy time with family and friends. The large living area offers two oversize leather sectional sofas for guests to sit back and enjoy the 85-inch wall-mounted smart TV with cable and sound bar. A large modern industrial ceiling fan is just right for keeping the air moving in the modern kitchen, opens up to the rest of the living area, and offers an oversized island counter space, which is perfect for the family feast. We're sitting down for a quick breakfast before running off to the parks, the cooks and the family will appreciate having refrigerators and freezers as well as two dishwashers for making cleanup easier the coffee aficionados will appreciate having many options, including a Keurig standard and K cup coffee maker, as well as an espresso machine. The large counter-offers barstool seating for six in the formal dining area and features two large dining tables, each with seating for 10. Just off the living room guests have access to a half bathroom that is also conveniently located next to the patio door.

This large pool offers several bench seating areas as well as in-water lounge seating with water features. Guests will enjoy the ambiance of several waterfalls as well as a spillover spa with three separate spillovers, a small fenced-in side yard is perfect for the little ones to stretch out their feet as well for those looking to take in a little bit of the golf game. This private patio also offers access directly outback to watch a little bit of golf and provide sweeping views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course.

When you are ready to come back inside and cool off, the fun and excitement do not have to stop. On the first floor, you will have access to your own private arcade and game room, certain to provide hours and days of entertainment for everyone in the family. Bring the competition back inside with fun for all ages and as guests challenge each other to a game of classic, skeeball, or air hockey on the commercial air hockey game. Strap in and race side by side on the San Francisco Rush 2049 racing game. If you were more into saving the world, you and a friend will be able to spend hours doing so playing the classic time crisis for arcade shooting games. For the gamers in the family, you will enjoy side-by-side, smart TVs each set up with its own Xbox system and gaming chair. You will never have to worry about running out of tokens as all games are set to free for your entire vacation!

While he will find mostly fun and games on the first floor, three of the nine bedrooms are also located on the ground level. When you enter the home immediately on the right, you will find a king master bedroom, equipped with four post beds and artwork featuring two familiar princess sisters, and their snowman friend. This tastefully decorated room features custom accent wallpaper and a 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV with cable as well as a private bathroom with double vanity, separate water closet, and large shower with freestanding tub and dual shower heads. This room is certainly going to be a hit with anyone! Across the hall, guests will find another well-fashioned king master bedroom, that also has a 55-inch wall-mounted, smart TV and a master bathroom with a shower. This room will transport you back to one of the more recent classics down in the bayou! Guests will feel as if they have been swept into a whole New World when they lay down to rest in the other middle-king master bedroom. This bedroom features a 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV with cable as well as a bathroom with a shower. Just outside of this room, guests will have access to a small breakfast bar area equipped with a mini fridge and sink. Guests will also have access to a full washer and dryer located in the downstairs hallway.

Moving upstairs be sure to watch for hitchhiking ghosts as you settle into the king bedroom located at the top of the stairs. This room with a familiar purple theme offers guests a 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV with cable as well as easy access to a semi-private bathroom located just outside of the room with a standing shower, this bathroom can also be closed off to form a master. Across the hall, another king master features classic drawings and artwork of our favorite flying elephant. This bedroom features a 55-inch flatscreen smart TV with cable and has private access to a small front balcony with seating for two. The master bathroom offers guests a standing shower.

The little ones are sure to round up at night and retreat to the custom-built kid's room design to put your square in the middle of Andy's bedroom. This double size room features full-size bunk beds, as well as a slide and 55 inch wall-mounted smart TV several beanbags offer a great seating option for kids to relax. The little ones will enjoy their own private master bathroom with a tub shower combo. Just down the hall another king master bedroom features a custom light fixture designed to look like Chinese lanterns from a long haired fairytale classic. This bedroom also features a 55 inch wall-mounted smart TV.

The upstairs loft area provides gas with an additional seating area to sit and watch their favorite came in movie on side-by-side 55 inch wall-mounted, smart TVs. Guests can also play a game of pool or oversize Scrabble on the wall. A small bar area offers a wine fridge, plenty of cabinet space and sink. There are plenty of options to sit with a sectional sofa and bar seating for four. A half bathroom is located just off the loft.

The superheroes will escape for the night in their own custom bunk bedroom. This custom-made bunk bed features two full-size mattresses and is fully immersed in superhero themes. Several cushion chairs are perfect for streaming your favorite show or movie on the 55 inch wall-mounted smart TV. The master bathroom also has a stand up shower. Next to the super hero's mom and dad can “Be Our Guest” retreat for the night in another, classic themed king master bedroom. This beastly bedroom offers gas additional seating as well as a 55 inch wall-mounted smart TV for streaming and bathroom with shower.

Just when you thought you couldn't fit anymore under one roof, guests will find that they have their own personal and private movie theater located just off of the loft. Watch your favorite movie show or game in style with nine leather movie style recliners situated in a two-tier, seating arrangement. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
